GENERAL ────────
✦ I reserve the right to reject any order if I feel it does not fit my style, theme or standards.
✦ Commissions are for personal use. Altering, redistributing, reselling, or using the artwork on revenue-generating products is not permitted unless a Commercial Use agreement is in place.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIME ────────
✦ Progress updates will be sent at different stages of the work (sketch, lineart, color) for the client’s review.
✦ During the sketch phase, the client may request significant changes at no additional cost.
✦ Once the initial sketch is approved, only minor changes are allowed in subsequent stages. major changes may incur an additional cost.
✦ The delivery time will depend on the complexity of the artwork and the current commission queue. (please have in mind that I'm a full-time college student, lol).
PAYMENT ────────
✦ payments are made upfront in US dollars (USD) via PayPal or Ko-fi.
REFOUND POLICY ────────
✦ i do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except if I personally decide to cancel the commission for unforeseen reasons. In such cases, a full refund can be provided.CONDUCT AND COMMUNICATION ────────
I am committed to providing timely updates at each key stage of the artwork, so there’s no need for repeated messages about progress. I kindly ask clients to avoid sending multiple messages or inquiries outside of these updates, as it can impact the focus and quality of my work.
Communication will be kept to commission-related matters to ensure a smooth and efficient process. I appreciate your understanding and patience, which allows me to focus fully on delivering high-quality work for you.COMMERCIAL USE ────────
If the artwork will be used for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, promotional content, monetized social media), an additional fee will apply, ranging from 50% to 100% of the base commission price.Use of the artwork for AI, NFTs, or any blockchain-related technology is strictly prohibited.
